Help 10 Families Rebuild with Hog Raising

In Bucao East, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, ten farming families face the aftermath of African Swine Fever and the COVID-19 pandemic. Their pig pens, once bustling with life, now stand empty, symbolizing lost livelihoods and dreams deferred.

These families possess the knowledge and determination to start anew but lack the resources. With your support, they can transform despair into hope, rebuilding their lives through sustainable hog raising.

Your contribution can provide them with healthy piglets, essential feed, and expert guidance. Even a small donation can ignite a journey from loss to resilience.

Reviving Livelihoods Through Hog Raising

This initiative aims to empower ten families in Bucao East by providing each with two disease-resistant piglets and six months’ worth of nutritious feed. Veterinarians and agronomists will offer hands-on training, ensuring best practices in animal care and farm management.

Over 18 months, these initial piglets are projected to multiply, stabilizing food supplies for over 1,000 neighbors. The families will form a cooperative, mentoring 20 additional households, fostering community-wide recovery. Your support can turn empty pens into symbols of hope and prosperity.
