Are you passionate about building connections and making a real impact? Pure Bayanihan is looking for a dynamic Fundraising & Partnerships Specialist to drive our fundraising and outreach efforts in both the Philippines and the US.
Pure Bayanihan is a nonprofit organization on a mission to help break the cycle of poverty by co-creating sustainable livelihoods that lift Filipino communities. To advance this mission, we’re looking for someone to join our remote team in the Philippines and play a key role in expanding our supporter base—engaging and securing corporate sponsorships, connecting with Filipino communities overseas, and collaborating with influencers who share our vision for lasting change.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify major donors, corporate sponsors, and CSR partners in both the Philippines and the US who align with Pure Bayanihan’s mission.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, including personalized emails, calls, and virtual meetings, for both markets.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners and donors in the Philippines and the US.
- Track and report on fundraising activities using simple CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Stay updated on philanthropy and CSR trends in both the Philippines and US to inform strategy and outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or lead generation (experience with Philippine and/or US clients or donors is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
- Experience in using Salesforce is a plus.
